The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Customer”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting our terms and conditions. “Bathroom Living”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to Bathroom Living. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to fulfill any order or service to the Client in the most appropriate manner. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Bathroom Living will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services or products.
The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or an agreement to sell. Bathroom Living reserves the right, without prior notification to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify customer service within 24 hours of your order being placed. After this time frame has passed, standard return policies will apply.
Any and all warranties are offered through the original manufacturer to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period state on the product. Any and all warranties are made to the original consumer and shall be effective from the date of purchase as shown on order confirmations and/or receipts.
Shipping Damages & Damaged Merchandise
Although we make every attempt to have your merchandise delivered complete, correctly, undamaged and on-time, accidents and delays do sometimes occur. All claims for shipping or manufacturing damages must be reported to our customer service department within two (2) days of delivery. We do not accept damage claims after the second day. Orders must be inspected immediately upon arrival and make any notations on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt) before the carrier leaves.

Returns & Exchanges
Some items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product's web page to see if your item falls under our 14-day, no-hassle return policy. Products that qualify can be returned if customer service is notified within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase and if the additional return and exchange criteria is met.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bathroom Living or its employees be liable to any user of BathroomLiving.com for any financial responsibility or indirect damage including, but not limited to, damages for loss or profits, unexpected delivery/time delays or home improvement coordination such as scheduled plumbers, contractors, etc. Bathroom Living is not financially liable in excess of the purchase price on any order. We highly recommend that all appointments be scheduled after receiving and inspecting your merchandise. Should an unexpected error occur on our part, we will work with you to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limited or exclusion may not apply to you.
